Reaticulate channel chasing

Suppose you have the above bank with multiple articulations, where each articulation is a separate patch on a unique MIDI channel in (e.g.) Kontakt.

Suppose you have the above bank with multiple articulations, where each articulation is a separate patch on a unique MIDI channel in (e.g.) Kontakt.

Consider this scenario where you have notes with different articulations immediately adjacent to one another but not overlapping. Note the CC1 curve. How should Reaticulate behave when changing articulations?
CC1 events should only be sent to the patch for the current articulation. CC1 events should not be sent to the previous patch once the articulation changes, and the previous patch's release sample should be based on the static value of the last CC1 event just prior to changing articulations. (This is current behavior.)
CC1 events should be routed to current articulation's patch *and* the previous patch, at least for a period of time, in order to shape the release tail of the previous patch based on the CC1 curve.
Something else should happen. (Please discuss on the forum.)
Now consider this (probably less common) scenario, where we have multiple parallel notes sounding at once with different articulations. How should the CC1 events be routed?
CC1 events should only be sent to the patch for the current articulation. CC1 events should not be sent to the previous patch once the articulation changes, and the previous note should remain static until it's released. (This is current behavior.)
CC1 events should be routed to all patches concurrently as long as there are active notes on that patch.
Something else should happen. (Please discuss on the forum.)
